'True To John Woo' short film competition

This is a bit old news but:



[i]Launching April 30, Stranglehold’s True to John Woo short film contest charges fans to produce a two-minute, 30 second short that pays homage to Woo’s films



Entries will be judged as follows:


Overall Quality - 40% - includes cinematography, editing, sound, image quality and technical production.


# Strength of John Woo Homage - 40% - includes extent of homage, quality of homage and use of Woo signature techniques.

# Creativity - 20% - includes screenplay, acting and overall impression.[/i]

I don't know anything about the backgrounds of the shorts, except one: [b]One Way Ticket[/b]. That's a Finnish entry to the competition, directed by Markus Virpiö and starring Janne Ravi, Svante Martin, Jarmo Mäkinen and Mai Ohta (a japanese actress, woohoo). I've seen this short a few times on big screen as this years Helsinki International Film Festival has showing it before some real movie screenings:
