I have yet to read the script but i have to agree that bill seems honorable, although doing horrible things of course. Same with O-ren
Ellie seems nuts and the most obvertly bad.
The one villian that interest me, other than the right hand man mentioned (who i still think needs to be explained. He seems to important to just cast off), was Budd.
Maybe it’s just me, and again i havent read the script, but he seems almost remorseful. Somber even. Like in that scene where the bride looks up, the other characters look down at her but Budd kinda looks straight down at her. Plus with his closing line.
