KILL ZED is a subliminal message. If you look close on the wall theres a neon sign for Killians Red Ale. But the letters are burnt out so it actually reads: KILL ED. When Butch picks up the keychain with the Z on it, youre supposed to match that up with the sign and you get KILL ZED.
