M. Night was good until he started to take himself too seriously and then his work went downhill. He’s a bit too cocky.
I have never seen Avatar, but the thought of a Japanese-style animation made by westerners turns me right off. I love anime and I love Scooby-doo and Wacky Races and all that, but combining Western animators with Japanese influences doesn’t work for me.
