I like the oil. Oil is really good for you as long as you ingest the right kind. I take in about 4 tbsp. of olive oil every day - my sorry ass will live to be 100.

Yeah, we had such topic where we could say what we wanted about other members, nice things only. It’s sometimes cool to have such useless topic as polls, or basic topic to express ourselves. Cause we often argue for nothing, some people get offended -often for no reason too-, so it’s cool to have a place to be nice with everybody and keep this forum as much cool and friendly as possible.

True. I try to take 2 table spoons of flax seed oil a day, although I HATE the taste!
