Question 1: Maybe the nurses exercised her arms when she was in a coma or something in the IV fluids kept her arms from being paralyzed. I dont know.
Question 2: I dont think she decapitated Buck. She just bashed his head in. She couldve taken his clothes off pretty easy if she had to.
Question 3: Its a hospital, there couldve been a wheelchair right in her room folded up.
Dont forget when you watch QTs movies there should be some suspense of disbelief. Not every little question will ever be answered by QT. Thats another reason he doesnt do audio commentaries for his movies. He doesnt want to give away all these little details. He wants people like us to wonder about it and make up our own theories about them, which makes them more fun to watch.
