No idea what it means, but all films are uncut. Street Fighter and Return of the Street Fighter seem to be the same versions as the US releases, but Street Fighters Last Revenge appears to be a longer cut. The US dvd runs 79 min (NTSC) while the French dvd runs 80 minutes (PAL), which means the french release is about 4 minutes longer. The British dvd by Optimum also features the longer cut.
Sister Street Fighter should also be slightly longer than the US version. I’m not 100% sure about this, but I don’t recall anyone’s guts being ripped out or Etsuko twisting a guys head 180 degrees in the US version…

Forced french, but naturally not burnt in. I heard some finnish guy is currently working on the subs for the first three films…
