Are you guys forgetting that Stone wrote the screenplay for the grand muthafucka of em all - SCARFACE!!! This alone proves that he can write well. The dialogue in that is unforgettable. Perhaps the most famous lines in movie history!

yeah. fuck the stone-bashers. just because he didnt made NBK the movie QT had made (he fucking sold it = he gave the rights AWAY!!), and he is a very political auteur (which might insult some of those patriotic people in here), he’s one of the most important directors of our time and he has made some of the most famous movies.
so shut up everyone, no director is perfect…
Ok there is nothing wrong with him but i dont really like his directing. but you got to give it to him. This guy knows how to writing a fucking movie. SCARFACE IS GOD or atleast one of them.
Scarface is not god. Name some truly well-written lines in the movie. And don’t say “say hello to my little friend!” :
Stone is a cinematic Genius
okay anyone who has HBO
Stone’s long delayed interview with Castro will air on the 14th at 8 o clock

The "bad guy" speech is classic.
Also don't forget that Stone won an oscar for his screenplay of "Midnight Express".
The ENTIRE screenplay for Scarface is fuckin brilliant. Theres TONS of lines in that movie to quote!!
Are you kidding me? Scarface is the Pulp Fiction of its time.
Il Buono, every scene in that movie has quotable lines. I dont know which movie youre watching but you must be deaf.
“All I got in this world is my balls and my word and I dont break em for noone”
“I told you to tell them you was in a sanitarium not sanitation”
“You know what a Hassa is Frank? Its a pig that dont fly straight”
“Whazz your nang?..Elvira? Elvira what? Hancock? Sounds like a bird…flyin around”
“Why dont you try stickin yo head up yo ass and see if it fits”
“How could I get a scar like that eatin pussy?”
“FUCK CASPAR GOMEZ AND FUCK THE DIAZ BROTHERS! ILL BURY THOSE COCKAROACHEZ!!”
“First you get the money, then you get the power THEN you get the women”
"This city is like a great big pussy waiting to be fucked"
Theres tons more fun quotable lines, not to mention great acting, cinematography and great direction.
SCARFACE IS A CLASSIC WORK OF POP CRIME CINEMA!!
VIVA DEPALMA!!

Holly shit! Stone wrote that?!? Thats one of the greatest movies of all time. How the hell did I miss that he had written that one?
“How could I get a scar like that eatin pussy?” - gets no better than that.
well i was going to tell IL_Buono why but you guys have done it for me so yeah.
i only like JFK
i only like Platoon.
but yes, Scarface is brilliant.
Tarantino should take NOTES on how to make a war film from Oliver Stone.
Stone has made the greatest war film of all time: Platoon
sure Inglourious Bastards is going to be a men on a mission film like “Dirty Dozen” but i mean why try and be like something and pay homage to something when he has done that before?
you know what would be really cool? Tarantino making a WWII film that does not strain to be cool and hip!
Die

Geekite, shut your fuckin hole. You little turd. Who the FUCK wants QT to make a movie like Schindlers List anyway? I fuckin dont!!
QT is QT. Stone is Stone. and Spielberg is Spielberg. Stop comparing fuckin directors that have nothing to do with each other you little dork.
No Toothpick, geekite always tells us what to watch and what to think about Tarantino. Cause he thought Volume 1 had too much violence.
Yet he says in another topic that he liked Ichi the Killer. geekite is the biggest poser this side of Alex Black.
I love you to bullet :
