Yeah, I can’t wait for White Jazz. I love LA Confidential, but I didn’t really like The Black Dahlia. It was such a good book, but I didn’t think that Eckhart was anything like I imagined his character in the book. Plus there was just something about the way it was made. Maybe because so much book was being crammed into a film. I usually don’t mind De Palma’s kind of melodramatic, classical style of filmmaking, but I there was something the matter here. LA Confidential was definitely better and I hope White Jazz is really good.
