you could say that Shanna’s T-Shirt is a kind of subtle foreshadowing of what happens to Mike at the end of the movie. QT often uses subtle little foreshadowing clues in his movies like the cans of paint(?) in Reservoir Dogs. The orange coloured one is separate from the others just like Mr Orange himself is.
