I highly doubt Jules quit the life of a gangster and learned to play the organ. 
The only way I’ll think it might be Jules is if Sam has the same geri curl hairdo he did in Pulp. Then Ill be like: WTF?! Thats too much of a coincidence.
But like QT said The Movie Movie Universe doesnt contain the same characters as his Real World films. The only character he said can jump worlds is The Wolf. Jules cant be in Kill Bill.
I was listening to the commentary on Once Upon a Time In The West DVD and the dude said Sergio Leone had a thing he called “Cinema Cinema”. It was what he called films that had homages and references to other films. I wouldnt doubt if thats where QTs “Movie Movie Universe” theory originated.
