I think this’ll be a great game does anyone know if the cast and even Tarantino himself will be involved with this, I mean Micheal Madsen I’m sure he’d do it with all the video games he’s appeared in recently.
That’d be really stupid if they didn’t get the cast to do the voices for the video game. If they didn’t I’d be really pissed off and I’d probably not play it.
Well they probably will get the cast. Michael Madsen just finished voicing Tanner in Driv3r not too long ago.
It really would kick ass if this would become a good game…but it will probably get hyped and not be that good…
they should really do this with the engine of goldeneye 007 for the N64 with better graphics…that would rule…
I think if the game did comeout that it would be a pile of shit. I mean why the fuck would you want to play something whre you know what the ending is going to be? There are many movie to game games that are proper shit. If this game isn’t linear in structure and you are free to explore the environment, and do other cool missions not just that one heist and also that it is like GTA, I think we would have a nice game on our hands.
I don’t know about that. I mean I think sticking to the original story would be for the best but that’s just my opinion.
I didn’t say the game should go off on a tangent, I want the game to be based on the same story, only that I would want different points of view, and would want the game to explore the story more than the film did. If there is re-play value, and loads of things to unlock it would be a good game. But nowadays you hardly get many good games, and most of the ones that are good are sequels. As I said if it was GTA style (free roaming) that’d be perfect. Imagine being Mr. Blonde and just threatenng people and putting tem in your trunk and shit, where you can drive around the city, do what you want but still be based as close to the story as possible, that would be brilliant. Linear games tend to be shit nowadays. A multiplayer option would be awesom, bt personally, i don’t see this game being good at all. Bring on HALO 2 and GTA: SAN ANDREAS!!!
That would be cool but I still think they can make a good game out of just the movie plot. Cause you could play as any of the characters and the game would be differant every time you beat it. So they could still make it awesome if it isn’t like GTA.
There’s been talk and speculation on this game for years now. Let it go. They’re just gonna fuck it up anyways. When something like this seems too good to be true, thats cause it is. I think we’ll see Spike Lee vs Quentin Tarantino KO Boxing before a RD game. Wait thats a pretty good idea…
I gotta go with B_Rocka on that one. Games based off movies generally speaking suck a big egg, for example about a year ago some stupid-ass game company decided to make a “Great Escape” video game and it sucked big time. I think if something’s a classic you should just let it stay that way.
Hmm I doubt I will buy it I think I’d rather just watch the movie I’m not much of a “gamer”.

Movies are movies, games are games, the game, no doubt, would have an uncomplicated story and the general idea would be - shoot as many people as you can.
Maybe that’s my attention to video games. Especially those who come after movies.
would still be fun to play though
