Smash Brothers still rules. I PWN at that game
If they ever updated Goldeneye, there would be proof that there is some good in this world.
I got xbox and ps2. I could’ve got gc but decided not to because unlike everyone else I could tell the system would bomb. Anyways let’s talk about what kind of game we would like RD or KB to be like. I think on the KB game you could first play as the bride and if you beat it you could play as Bill. And you could have multiplayer/online games as the Viper Squad, doing hits for Bill. This of course would take place before the whole wedding massacre. Ideas?
I’ve only got two games for the gamecube, oh and I’m sure I heard they’re doing a goldeneye for the gamecube. Offically one of the best first person shooters ever! I loved that game.
Quick post to clear up a few things
The videogame publisher who has bought the rights to Reservoir Dogs is SCi Games. They are based in the UK and create Conflict: Desert Storm along with successful games based on classic films such as The Italian Job and The Great Escape.
SQUARE ENIX | The Official SQUARE ENIX Website
The fact that SCi bought the rights to make a game based on RD was announced in March 2003. They have never specified a date when it will be released, so don’t get excited about it coming out this year. Any release dates you may see are guesses. If there was an official date it would be on the company website - it isn’t
Here’s an old report from ign about the fact that SCi have bought the licence.

I’m looking forward to this game coming out more than you could possibly imagine ;D

The best multiplayer game ever. Period.
Goldeneye will suck for Gamecube, because it’s not made by Rare. It’s as simple as that.
Perfect Dark owns Goldeneye, by the way.
Fuck no it doesn’t. Perfect Dark is ok for a couple of hours, but Goldeneye rules supreme over the land of multiplaying. Get some friends and a few snacks, pop in Goldeneye, and you won’t leave your couch for a week.
This game is gonna be fucking gay. I don’t know how they could make a good game out that movie. It’s gonna be one of those games you remember hearing about but forgot was comming out. It is not gonna be good.
I don’t feel any different then I did in october. I’ll bet any of you $100 this game dosen’t get over a 5/10 as an average score from most reviewers. The movie just didn’t have a plot that fit well for video games, and when a game goes this unnoticed for such a long time, that means the production company dosen’t have enough money to put good-word-of-mouth out for the flick, which means that the game creators are underpayed retards who work for the lowest pay which=the lowest tallent.

Well that’s your opinion then. I’m poured millions of nights and hours into this game playing the single and multiplayer. It EASILY made 007 obsolete. In fact when I went back to play it, it was so much of a downgrade that I quickly went back to Perfect Dark.
Oh yeah, I also beat everything. That means all the codes unlocked, and beating everything on Perfect agent including War. Among other things.
I’m not going to go into this huge argument, but Goldeneye is SO much better than Perfect Dark. PD has cool levels and allows you to play with a good amount of bots, but it loses it’s novelty out after a while. One of the reasons I don’t like PD as much is because you move as fast as fuck and when you die, a lot of times it’s just by chance. Either some random explosion just went off or one of the countless bots shot you out of nowhere. But Goldeneye takes skill. On normal mode, you move almost like a real person would and you have to be the best to win. And nothing beats playin Goldeneye with 3 other friends. Ask most people and they’ll agree, Goldeneye is the true masterpiece of gameplaying.

are we on nintendo.info now or what? :P
Excactly my thoughts man. I hate it when people get off topic when the topic is something you would enjoy talking about but everyone’s attention has changed to something completely different. We’re talking about the RD/KB video games and QT. Nothing else.
I say leave the videogame shit to Paul Anderson movies and to those Wachowski idiots who want to drain every single penny out of their braindead fans. If you want fighting or gangster games there’s already plenty to choose from. QT will just be considered a sell-out with this shit, and for right measure. Thumbs way down to this idea.
It’s not him being a sell out. It’s letting fans play through characters they love in his movies. And who cares if he does some things for more money. With more money QT can produce better and more films for us Tarantino geeks.
Reservoir Dogs video game would suck. Kill Bill video game would be awesome if the right people made it. Nuff said.
Why would the RD game suck? I think playing psychopathilogical robbers would be cool. I mean come on, you’ll be able to play as Mr. Blonde for Christ’s sake! This game would rule and I can’t wait until it comes out. Nuff said.
An RD game wouldn’t really work with the structure of the movie, seeming the only thing that happens is a bank robbery. So they’d definately make up some completely different scenario like the dusk till dawn game.
A Kill Bill game would be great, I could imagine if the game is done right will be lots of fun. Plus the movie would be so adaptable for a game, 5 vipers would make great bosses for levels plus the floods of crazy 88s. Oh and a tutorial for the game featuring training from Pai Mei.

That’s why the RD game would suck.
Well I guess your right about that, but it’d still kick ass to be able to pull off the heist and chop Marvin Nash’s ear off. Plus I think alot happend in the movie so IMO I think it’d be an awesome game. I agree Kill Bill would make a better game but a RD game would still kick much ass and there’s nothing you or anyone else on this forum can do to change my mind.
