again i open to suggestions on what approach people think is right
I think you should do what you want… they’re your posters… If you want a suggestion how about doing them in the style of the old German movie posters like the Fraulin Doctor poster they did for the movie
I can see what you mean the actual publicity seems to developing in an unusual way - it almost look like the sort of artwork you find on stamps
i am spoiling you lot today… more images
Very full metal jacket i know but idea combination of actual helmet badges and fighter pilot/ace scorecard
- thats what i mean by visual twist
That soldier image you keep using reminds me of Martin Sheen in Apocalypse Now.
and i’m spent… come back in a few days if a can think of anything else ta ra for now
You should make a poster of a group of american soldiers pissing on a Nazi. That’d be splendid. I’d give you kudos, and some dap.

which one?
the teaser is ok - reveals nothing -put a nazi roman eagle standard/emblem on a wall/door not sure what it is - could be a safe being opening rather than marksman

Posters are not supposed to reveal the plot and then some. Less is more and yes, Knick, that first fake poster is the best.
With very little stills and photos being released, you have to improvise.

Another effort from me. It’s a bit noisy, and the I couldn’t get the text I wanted.
I see what you mean, Cyd. Nice effort. You’ve got a talent for these things.
Thank you, but it could have been a lot better, had I spent more than half an hour on it.

Well then by all means. Who knows, maybe someone important will see something you made and steal your idea.
lol I doubt that. Though I am eager to see what the real cover art will look like. I think QT will also have individual shots of the characters like Jackie Brown.
I hope there’ll be a teaser-type poster first, and again, I thought the idea with the red poster and the eagle with the bullet hole in the swastika, whoever made that, it was great. they should hire the guy and go with it
It was fantastic.
That first one is pretty cool. Definitely a good effort. The ones with the soldiers just don’t look very WWII to me. But very creative. And good on you for getting QT’s name spelled right!
Love the top one… very Pulp Fiction 40’s war style, Simon.
Ahah, nice posters, you’re going wild posting all of those.

I’m liking that idea very much
