On September 9, Disney/Buena Vista will release “Kill Bill Volume 1” and “Kill Bill Volume 2” on Blu-ray. Details on the special features haven’t been released yet, but being Disney, you can expect a top-notch release.

these are the US theatrical versions of course. there’s no word yet on extras…

importing from japan isn’t that hard, either. it’s not like the two versions are so drastically different, at least volume 2 is barely different. and my opinion on volume 1’s differences are well known

region A? will this play on european bluray players?

unless you have a region-free bluray player, i dont think so, but the UK edition has beena nnounced as well, if you’re following our FrontPage…

are they making region-free bluray players yet? I sure hope so. Lotsa US DVDs in my collection that didn’t get a release anyhwere else.

i dont know enough about that, but there’s websites out there that can help you. fact is, that a majority of blu ray discs on the market so far don’t even have a region code on there
