Red Apples, Big Kahuna burgers, Teriyaki Donut etc can appear in both QT Universes AND Elmore Leonards Universe (Teriyaki Donut appears in Pulp AND Jackie Brown). So dont be surprised to see any of em pop up in Kill Bill.
