Kilgore, Europeans don’t owe you or me a goddamn thing. Unless you’re seventy or eighty years older than I think you are, then they owe you nothing but their contempt. Because I certainly haven’t seen any grainy, black and white news reel footage of YOU storming the beaches of Normandy. Nor have you had any part in the inventions that American scientists have produced over the past few centuries. You’ve merely claimed credit for deeds that weren’t your own, and trashed entire nations of people for actions that, too, weren’t their own.
So, until you do something worthwhile, kindly shut the hell up.
