Yeah. I love Kill Bill most too.
I think Kill Bill is his best movie, not script.
my opinion is visually death proof, script wise pulp and best movie jackie
I have to agree with your opinion on Death Proof visually. Jackie Brown was a brilliant adaptation, and a great movie. Pulp Fiction is legend. But Kill Bill is EPIC!
I think Kill Bill is visually his best work yet. So many beautiful moments, it's like you could pause the screen at almost any time and it will look good.
I have to agree with that in the colour part of the crazy 88 fight the lighting is fantastic
The lighting always reminds me of the lighting in casino, Theres alot of strong white light on the characters head and shoulders.
Probably because it's the same cinematographer.
he does a fantastic job http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0724744/
this has gone wayyyy off topic, my friends
I thought it would be cool if Tarantino could incorporate the Captain Koons watch story from pulp fiction into Inglorious Bastards - what do you guys think? I love how his movies always have references to his previous movies.
unless he changes the story from occupied France to the war in the pacific, it ain't gonna happen
"The Watch" huh? Sounds cool to me. Good idea, maybe QT thought of it first.
It's rue a problem, plus it's not supposed to be in the same period. Though QT could find a twist to make reference to it, would be cool indeed.
QT could make a reference to Butch's granddad somewhere in there. From what Ive heard theres going to be alot of skipping around in time in Bastards. We'll see...
Probably trying to make up for the chronological order in Death Proof. ;D
Haha Ify.Fox, incorporating the watch story into IB is a really good idea. I love it. It would be great if QT could make that work. Of course, if anyone can do it, it's him.
Im pretty sure that when QT writes its an organic thing. If Butchs granddads watch story doesnt come out as hes writing hes not going to stick it in there simply to do it.
BUT, it could be in his head. His mind works like a machine that does it's job too good.
