All I know is that I was watching this cool magic movie unfold and then it turned all of a sudden into sci-fi cause the writer pulled the story out of his ass and didn’t manage to find a proper ending to it, so he used the laziest Deus Ex Machina in the book to find his way out of the whole mess. I felt cheated.
