If You Were to Make a Movie

#1

What would you do if you had to make a movie with every possible person and resource available?

who would you assign to direct, write, produced, and act?

i would ask QT to write the screenplay, it could be anything, a romantic comedy if he chooses.

Tim Burton to direct

to act in it i would have Bruce Campbell, Steve Buscemi, Johnny Depp, Christopher Walken, and Kevin Spacey.

#2

This has already been done, dawg!

#3

Id make a lesbian porno with Zhang Ziyi, Elizabeth Hurley, Uma Thurman, Catherine Zeta Jones, Penelope Cruz, Yui Ichikawa, Kou Shibasaki, Chiaki Kuriyama…goes on for 5 hours…and Oprah Winfrey.

Spike Lee would direct it.

gay porn doesn't always make big bucks, you know

Black and white horror film, one like Blair Witch Project, that scares you like nothing else. Directed by Alfred Hitchcock, with a goddamn scary music and few lines. The film should include some sick person, that’s the scariest thing for me - insane persons. Alan Ford as the general actor.

I’d get Tim Burton to do a cameo. And to help with the animation bits.

#13

to go against the grain I wouldn’t have Tarantino direct it.

It’d be some sort of dark comedy about guns or something. I’d be assistant director and help with writing.

Director: Michel Gondry (he directed Eternal Sunshine which, by the way, is amazing.)

Writer: Seth Macfarlene (family guy creator) and I’d have Tarantino write a scene or two.

Cast: Steve Buscemi, Jean Reno, Gary Oldman, Jim Carey, Sam Jackson, Russel Crowe. Sean Penn, Tim Robbins, Johnyn Depp, Brad Pitt, Ed Norton, shit I need some ladies, Natalie Portman, Kate Winslet and Scarlett Johnansson,

oh yea, and me and Burt Reynolds

I got way too into this.

I know you are all gonna think im some art fag but i would make a drama/ art film written and directed by Werner Herzog and acting by Klaus Kinski

is that the actors liek old version, liek the clint eastwood of today and so on…?
[/quote]

No, Clint, Eli and Cleef would be as they were in the GBU, Cardinale as she was in OUATITW, Fonda and Bronson in OUATITW, and the rest of the actors as they are now.

#16

If I were to make a movie it would star mainly unknowns. Because the movie I wana make is my current screenplay. It just plays better without big names.

It’s a quirky romance/comedy. Without being mushy. Two geeks meet and fall in love, stuff like that.

I would have QT direct because I like his pacing. I think he could handle this type of comedy.

#17

You don´t want big names attached to it, and then you´re gonna hand over the script to Quentin fuckin´ Tarantino?? That´s interesting.
