I freakin’ love them Kill Bill movies. I hope the Whole Bloody Affair comes to existence and we get that 4 hour Lawrence of Arabia style epic. I swear I will probably cry in the theater if I watch it. Just kidding . . . kinda.

I have read that Quentin was inspired by Thriller - a cruel movie, a Swedish exploitation movie from the 70s. Elle Driver from Kill Bill is partial based on the main character of this movie, and both of them have only one eye. As Kill Bill, Thriller is also a revenge movie. It is about a girl that gets raped when she is a child and later ends up as a prostitute. And she wants revenge. I can’t say that Thriller is a great movie, but it is a little bit cool and worth seeing. But there are better movies, of course. Kill Bill, e.g.

Well Elle Driver is inspired by One Eye(Thriller) and Patch(Switchblade Sisters) QT actually made Daryl Hannah watch Thriller to get her ready for the role.

I loved the Kill Bill movies. I remember seeing La Femme Nikita along time ago. I will have to rent it again. I thought that there was A TV series by the La Femme Nikita name???
