I know the kind of holiday, I have to visit my Aunt in Cornwall (south England) every year in October, don’t like doing it but Mum goes crazy at me for weeks after if I don’t. I don’t take chances with my mother - not that close to Christmas anyways!

It’s nice to know it’s not just my mother who does that! Is there much to do in Yugoslavia, or is it a just staying at home and watching tv kinda place?

God, there is absolutely nothing to do at all. And i have the relatives from hell. They all badmouth eacother, and tell me how fat and ugly i am. Nice, huh? Im gonna watch dvd´s on my computer and sleep, haha

How they think I should be tidier, or how I should lose some weight, how I should make more effort with my appearance, or how I should find a nice, respectable husband who I can marry, have 4 kids with, give up my job and become the next Mayor of Stepford! Sorry, got a bit carried away.
I have never seen a picture of you but I am sure you are neither fat nor ugly! In a way it is good to know you’re family are hellish - makes me feel better knowing I ain’t alone (that sounds bitchy doesn’t it, sorry!)

My close family, my mum, sisters, brothers, grandparents are lovely, kind, wonderful people. It’s when you get to the Aunts (blood-related and by marriage) it gets horrible!

Yeah, i love my grandma, grandpa, one uncle and my aunt, her husband and one of her daughters. The rest are just pure evil. I dont know why it has to be like that? Why are relatives so syupid?

One of my Aunts (by marriage, thank god - I couldn’t live with it if she was blood related!) is just the epitome of evil, not just to me but everyone. She is convinced I am a lesbian, as I am not married, tells is to all her friends!

That’s what I do - a christmas card and a birthday card out of curtosy is the only communication I have with most of them.

I will be sending you positive energy all week! Just lock yourself in your bedroom only emerging for bathroom breaks and food! Take along lots of DVDs, CDs and books to keep yourself occupied!
