84 according to my calculations (TV works included)… But he’s slowing down. He has only released 4 movies this year.
Most have been mentioned
James Cameron - Thought he was going to make a comeback
Christopher Nolan - Maybe I’m the only one who liked The Prestige
Ridley Scott - Hopefully will make more good films
Mel Brooks - You ain’t dead, you lazy bastard
Joel Cohen - Very high success rate
I wanna all the movies these directors are going to make or have made but I haven’t watched yet.
Michael Curtiz - I think he made 80 films, Casablanca was his 62nd I think +Plus he’s hungarian and i’m 1/4 hungarian so I’ve gots to keep it real… Ahem…

doesn’t mean I’d buy their every movie. I’d watch if give a chance.
Isin’t John Carpenter retired?
Most carpenter films that I’ve seen are complete gems. I still have to check out Escape From LA and Big Troubl In Little China, aaaaand Vampires.
Tarantino’s the only one I can think of actually. I actually like Rodriguez better but
I’m not about to sit through the Spy Kids movies let alone Shark Boy and Lava Girl.
I really don’t watch movies based on who’s making them though. If Uwe Boll made a
movie that looked and sounded interesting to me I’d probly give it a shot.
