Nigga you should see this lucky motherfuckers DVD collection. He has like 800 DVDs! :o

well my dad’s a fucking prick and i cant spend all my money on dvd’s like you can. I hate being a teenager sometimes. Maturity level wise, I think God should boot me up to 21 or something. I deserve it. I’m tired of being a teenager, rules and rules and college slaveshit and guidlines and petty schoolwork. Fuck.

Indeed

Le Cercle Rouge is a cool ass crime flick by Jean-Pierre Melville, about a man just outta prison(Alain Delon) who teams up with an escaped fugitive and a sharp-shooter ex-cop to pull off a jewel heist. its Melville’s best next to Le Samourai.

I don’t have a “favorite” out of those, but I’d say the films Wild Strawberries, Throne of Blood, Solaris, and Umberto D. are the best films there.

I prefer Tokyo Drifter to Branded to Kill, because it’s more off the wall and more aesthetically impressive than Branded to Kill. And no, I haven’t seen Pistol Opera, I’ve been avoiding it because of its bad reviews, although, I do have the 3 Seijun Suzuki flicks that Home Vision is releasing next week on my wishlist.

I want:

Brazil

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

Sparticus

I haven’t got any right now because I am British and they don’t sell them here. I’ve just got into the idea of buying region 1 online… so should be good.

Im going to buy the Hard Boiled Criterion Edition soon, who here has it and can tell me about the extras and stuff?

Have fun finding it first. The features are alright, it has like every trailer from John Woo’s Hong Kong movies and a lil student film made by him.

ok every one i have the most kick ass criterion collection!

Here it is get ready!

Almost there

and its really not worth it, considering the quality of the transfer. might as well go with the mei ah disc if you have a region-free player.

I can buy the hard boiled criterion…but this guy is asking fucking 65 euro’s for it…thats like 83 dollars… :o :o…well with some slickness I can probably bring it down to 50 euro’s…

is it worth it??? I mean the extra money, because I can get a normal hard boiled for like 20 euro’s…
