Awesome show. I just barely caught it 5 minutes after it started. So in a rush, I pressed RECORD on my VCR. After its over, I rewind the tape and like a total dumbass I forgot to set my VCR to Channel 2. So I have an hour of fucking NEWS on the tape instead of QT talking with Chucky Rose. Nice huh?
I hope itll be on again today at 11 or 12 noon so I can retape it.
Up until this interview I had never heard QT talk about Inglorious Bastards himself live. I was very happy to hear that, it probably will be his next project after all. He said its the best thing he’s written thus far. Thats great to hear.
He said he was talking to Ellenor Coppola (Francis’ wife) and she asked him what he was gonna do next. He said he didnt want to climb another Mt Everest right after he already climbed one with Kill Bill. So he wanted to do something smaller for his next one.
