Ya better get used to the Brangelina thing because it sounds like its gonna be happening. But the premiere it will probably be at Cannes, and thats a big paparazzi fest anyway. Im just going to see the movie, Im not interested in any of that other BS. With QT as the director, he will make Brad look great in this movie. It will be a performance we’ll all enjoy alot I’m sure.

I think we’ll find out soon enough. with this I think it’s not gonna be full of Tarantino regulars, so it’s a bit hard to predict. but look back, he has hardly made any wrong casting choices so far… except Tim Roth, which I am not too fond of…
Really? Tim is one of my favorite QT actors. But there really isnt anyone hes cast in his movies I havent liked.

As PutneySwope said, Cannes is one big paparazzi-fest, but this movie has been anticipated for so long and Tarantino+Cannes=true, so I don’t think neither Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie or Brangelina is gonna overshadow it (not that they won’t get their attention).

Of course they’ll overshadow it. Jolie was barely in Kung Fu Panda, and was just a voice, but who remembers the premiere? It was just another Brangelina photo op.
Hopefully, Brad and Angie will be broke up by then. Surely the twins will be too much for them and their relationship will crack like a toothpick under the pressure and the American public will cease to bombarded with the Brangelina media juggarnaut on a daily basis.
I get sick of hearing about this couple and to think that IB is going to get tied up in that bullshit makes me sick. :-X
To be honest, I don’t care about the Brangelina thing, the more attention the movie gets the better. Infact I think it will need a bit of that around it, it’ll keep it in the spotlight if nothing else.

Yeah, I can’t stand that whole celeb marketing scene but who knows it might turn out to be a good piece of publicity.
Celeb marketing is overrated. Seriously, who goes to see a movie just because Angelina Jolie is in it? Not as much as would be needed to set the box office on fire. Matter of fact AJ has quite a handful of flops herself under her belt.
Where did this AJ rumor come from by the way? Is it something concrete, or just a fanboy’s wet dream?

Scar: Angelina hasnt been cast in it, we’re just talking about how when Brad or Angie are in movies they are always together at the premieres, hence the Brangelina super publicity effect.
If Brad is in IB, the movie premieres will be bigger than anything QT has done simply because Brad and Angie are there. Do I really care? No. I just want the movie to be great. If the movie rocks AND gets more publicity because of Brangelina, you wont hear me complaining.

No Leo - No problem with me hopefully he brings in a foreign actor who most Americans don’t know so it won’t take away from the performance.
Remember - this doesn’t specifically mean that Leo wont be in the film. It could well be the case, but it just says QT wasn’t in talks with Leo for the part of Hans Landa.
Hate to bring her name up again but having Angelina Jolie in a movie is like magic - just like magic, the movie is 100% absoulte shit. I have never seen a single movie with her in it that was not completely retarded, be it Sky Captain, the Tomb Raider movies or any other of that horror. wait - Beowulf was acceptable - hey but then again, she wasn’t really in it.
