I think you just have bad sinusitis. I am actually having the same problems right now. You having bad nose bleeds? I have been waking up with headaches the past 3 days too. It happens around this time every year (mid to late winter). I thought I was going to escape this winter without nose bleeds and headaches, but it got me this week too. ;D
