Family Plot is my least favorite Hitch movie, it’s probably the only one that bored me to death. But all the others, at least those I’ve seen, still have moments of brilliance despite their mediocrity. That overhead shot in Topaz when the woman in the purple dress is murdered…pure genius. And I love Torn Curtain, even though many people seem to despise it.
Jack Rabbit Slim, North by Northwest is not included in that box set. Just to let you know.
