Haha, nah I was just jesting. I guess it's out at the wrong time what with the IB buzz at the moment.  :)

I'm sure it has a strong cult following. Something to get on DVD when it's out methinks.

Rent some Penthouse dvds for that. I need more than a hot booty to like a movie.

We gotta see it first. Then we can say if its cool or shitty or not. Im not expecting some timeless masterpiece here. It would be great if it was a true biker film gem. we'll see....

I'm going to have to wait to see this on DVD, unless I drive a few hours to catch a showing.

Was going to go see this opening night after work. When i got home at around 8 i was tired and dident really feel like going to the movies.  Then only had a little bit money left on me and did not want to spend what little money  i already had left to see this, ( was not getting paid until the following week) For some reason i was not very excited to see it opening night. Then just realized ill just wait for it on dvd.

If this was directed by QT, I'd still go and see it, but fuck me, with 9% I have no urge to see this till it comes to DVD in the UK.

Hell Rides featured on TV Guide Spotlight right now. Theyre showing lots of great clips, interviews with all the cast, its very cool. Its like a DVD extra on TV.

This is a good thing, at least theyre giving it some nice exposure.

Unless you're a prebuscent boy, violence and boobs alone is not what makes a movie good.

I will judge it when I see it, though.  :P

Why would you call something bad if you actually like it? Theres only two kinds of movies to me, the ones i like and the ones i dont. Take a huge mega budget blockbuster with the big marketing campaigns etc ....what if I hate it? That $$ and that label doesnt mean jack to me. Its a bad movie. What if you love Hell Ride? A movie made on a low budget thats been pretty much ignored by Hollywood? What exactly makes it "bad"? I never get that kind of thinking when it comes to movies.

Easy Rider isnt a biker gang flick. Its about two drug dealers traveling across the country on bikes. Its more of an existential counter culture film. Its one of my Top 10 favorite films, but its def not the same kind of movie as say, The Wild Angels. Hell Ride is a biker gang-action-crime flick more along those lines. If it delivers the goods for that kind of movie Ill be satisfied.

Has anyone ever seen Stone Cold or Beyond The Law (also with Michael Madsen)? Those are entertaining modern biker flicks.

Im a huge fan of Biker movies so Hell Ride will have to be completely dull for me not to like it.

I dont even get what the big deal about this movie is. I mean why this ultra high expectation factor? Its not like you should be expecting some all time masterpiece. Just watch the movie, and see if you enjoy it. What else do you want from it? Or any movie in general?

When they say it's gonna be a bad movie they don't refer to the budget because that don't mean shit, but they refer to the global opinion (which is meant to be objective) about it...but that don't mean shit either imo. The fact that thousands of idiots did't like a movie doesn't mean its bad and it goes the other way to.

I saw it last weekend.  There were about 6 people in the audience and 2 of them were bikers,  :-\ (seriously).  It wasn't bad but it certainly wasn't an A movie more like a B- or C+.  There were so many QT "actors" in it it was like watching a QT movie even that red head stripper from Kill Bill 2 was in it.  And they named one of  the bikes trigger....
