the "special" DVD version of Vol 2:

This product is a collectible item of strictly limited stock. Get it now before it's too late!

The cerebral half of Quentin Tarantino's two part revenge epic, the breathtaking Kill Bill Vol. 2 follows "The Bride" (Uma Thurman) on her quest for the blood of the partners who betrayed her. Having checked O-Ren Ishii (Lucy Liu) and Vernita Green (Vivica A. Fox) off her death list, Budd (Michael Madsen) and Elle Driver (Daryl Hannah) are next in line before her showdown with the calmly psychotic Bill (a brilliant David Carradine).

While Kill Bill Vol. 1 was a nonstop chop-socky extravaganza, Tarantino injects wide open spaces and other western influences into Vol. 2 to create a cocktail that is just as much Serge Leone as it is Shaw Brothers. Which is not to say that there isn't plenty of violence for those who crave it. If anything, it's even more extreme in this installment, thanks to the simmering psychological dynamics that slowly emerge. And perhaps the most welcome part of this film is Tarantino's trademark dialogue. While fans of "Reservoir Dogs" and "Pulp Fiction" may have been let down by the lack of loopy exchanges in Vol. 1, Vol. 2 dishes them up in spades, ensuring Kill Bill's place in the rapidly growing list of Tarantino film masterpieces.

In addition to the feature film, this extremely limited Japan-only Premium Box includes a reversible jacket featuring two characters from the movie (first pressing only), making-of featurette, unreleased scenes, footage from the premier party, trailers

Opening to fantastic reviews and record numbers at the box office, it's only a matter of time until "Kill Bill 2" hits the DVD shelves. While we all wait, YesAsia has a little something to whet your appetite. The collectible "Kill Bill Vol. 2 Tarantino Movie Insider" Japan only mook (book/magazine hybrid) features interviews and profiles for the stars of "Kill Bill 2" along with tons of great photos. Additionally, check out the explorations of Tarantino's older movies, Shaw Brothers movies, and other cool "Kill Bill!" related goodies. And be sure not to miss the 'lost footage' from the "Kill Bill!" series included in the mook and rendered in funky manga style (Japanese language only).

Can anyone verify if the Twin Pack contains both (or at least vol1) uncut versions? Or is it just the standard editions?
