How the Austrian movie SLUMMING ripped off Fabio Frizzi's score

I saw this interesting Austrian movie, SLUMMING (2006), with August Diehl about rich kids who take a drunk bum in their trunk and suspend him in the Czech Republic. At the beginning and in the end there’s Fabio Frizzi’s notorious SETTE NOTE IN NERO score playing and the bum (a street poet) rapps a view lines. For sure they take it from KILL BILL. It could be little variation to not pay any money, but it’s obviously SETTE NOTE IN NERO.
