Don't know if its already bee mentioned or not, but the "All the rotton eggs in one basket" line has to be a reference to The Great Escape.

Where did you see it blue_lou_boyle? Sound quality in the UCI is quite poor too. Very low, anyone else ever experience this in a cinema before too? It did feel like it was a little low at first. Well, I've never been a huge Godfather fan, if I like any of them it would be the first one only. So, thats why I went with Taxi Driver, which btw you can never go wrong with.

Personally, I've never really liked bond and I have tried time after time to get into 007, but it just seems to never happen. I would love to see QT do a Modesty Blaise type of spy film, but of course anything he does i'll go see it.

Gotta say I'm disappointed in the soundtrack. By far the weakest one yet from Tarantino. Only a few stand outs and the fact that there is no dialogue snippets is a BIG let down. I wish we knew why he chose to do that.  I'm sure they'll fit great in the film, especially the German oldies, though. We...

Well, I wouldnt put him on my "favorite directors" list, thats for sure, but he does have a couple of good films.Jaws,Duel, and Close Encounters On The Third Kind are definitely my favorite out of the bunch.

Also i've heard that he's remaking Oldboy with Will Smith.
